Ostomy Clinic

A free ostomy clinic will be held for individuals who currently have an ostomy and are experiencing any difficulties or who have questions regarding their ostomy care or current products. The clinic will be attended by an Enterostomal Therapy Nurse who specializes in skin and ostomy care. Problems that could be addressed at this clinic include poorly fitting appliances, leakage or skin issues. This clinic is supported by Carefor and the Champlain LHIN. Please note on September 7th there is a BAFN community meeting regarding Land Selection for the Bonnechere Algonquin First Nation within the Algonquin Land Claim.  Jim Hunton of J2pG, Algonquins Of Ontario (AOO) Land Selection Negotiator will be doing a presentation.  The meeting is at the Pembroke Legion at 10 am. Our annual Christmas dinner & dance is Dec. 7, 2019, is being held this year at the Rankin Culture and Recreation Centre.  The tickets are $25.00/person, children 12 and under are free.
